Casa Moderna, an interior design expo for industry professionals and homeowners in Mexico City. We crafted a visual language rooted in the handmade components of the urban landscape. Inspired by rotulos, papel picado and Mexican tiles we illustrated vignettes of traditional home life on newsprint. Manually cutting out the drawings to make paper “tiles” creates a contemporary yet bespoke design aesthetic for decorating in the 21st century.
